A community nonprofit founded to support the residents and staff at 700 Clark Street in Lodi, Wisconsin.
Who We Are
Friends of the Residents and Staff of 700 Clark Street is an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 2019. We are neighbors, family members, former employees, and caring community members who believe that the people who live and work at the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center at 700 Clark Street deserve our support.
The facility at 700 Clark Street — now known as Dove Healthcare – Lodi — has been a cornerstone of the Lodi community for decades.
Our Mission
To raise and distribute funds for the benefit of residents and staff at 700 Clark Street, Lodi, Wisconsin, through fundraising, community engagement, and charitable giving.
Our Vision
A thriving community where every resident experiences dignity, joy, and connection — and every staff member feels valued and appreciated for the compassionate care they provide.
What We Fund
- Resident activities, entertainment, and social programs
- Holiday celebrations and birthday recognitions
- Comfort items and special requests for residents
- Staff appreciation meals, events, and recognition
- Community outreach and volunteer coordination
501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Status
We were recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) effective March 21, 2019. Contributions to our organization are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

We are an independent organization — not affiliated with Dove Healthcare, any parent corporation, or a national charity network. All funds raised go directly to supporting residents and staff at 700 Clark Street as determined by our leadership and membership.
