Susan Riedesel
Principal Officer
Susan Riedesel serves as the Principal Officer of Friends of the Residents and Staff of 700 Clark Street. She oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, IRS compliance, and community outreach efforts.
Susan is deeply connected to the Lodi area and has been a driving force in building partnerships between local families, businesses, and the care community at 700 Clark Street. Under her leadership, the organization continues its mission of fundraising and fund distribution for the benefit of residents and staff.

Dan Pulsfus
Founding Member & Board Advisor
Dan Pulsfus was instrumental in founding Friends of the Residents and Staff of 700 Clark Street in 2019. As the original contact for the organization's IRS determination, Dan helped establish the 501(c)(3) status that makes our work possible today.
Dan continues to serve as an advisor to the board, drawing on his long-standing ties to the Lodi community and his commitment to the residents and caregivers at 700 Clark Street.
